Thursday, May 10 2012 at 11:16 pm - This is a rare original 1888 color chromolithograph which features, in fine detail, some of the more luxurious seats one could rest upon during the later half of the 18th century in France. Although not of the simple, elegant style seen during the reign of King Louis XVI, these pieces nevertheless pack quite a visual punch.
