Tuesday, Dec 13 2011 at 4:03 pm - This is a rare large-format original 1938 lithograph, hand-painted using a pochoir process, of Red Walker and his companion fleeing from the pursuing Crow tribe. Red Walker suffers a broken leg due to a bullet, and his horse is also dearly wounded. Red Walker's companion holds a lance, which was made from a bayonet that was obtained from United States soldiers (likely from capture). The original canvas painting was done by Kills Two.
