Sunday, Dec 25 2011 at 8:06 am - This is a rare large-format original 1938 lithograph, hand-painted using a pochoir process, of Sioux chieftain, Afraid-of-his-Horse (Tasinke Kokipapi) attacking a Crow Native American. The original canvas painting was completed by Kills Tow and was inspired by the lengthy Sioux-Crow wars of the mid 19th century.
