Sunday, Nov 27 2011 at 7:24 am - This is an original 1925 lithograph of a collection of architectural detailing from two mantelpieces of the Beltzhoover House in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, circa 1814, with ornamentation designed by the architect Robert Wellford. It is believed that these mantels were in the once-home of Mr. Frank Eckels Beltzhoover, a Democrat in the United States House of Representatives from Pennsylvania, and he was the chairman for the United States House Committee on War Claims in the 52nd and 53rd ( Read more ... )
